(2) small pieces of fabric. This can be scrap fabric, fat quarters or an old shirt even. Get creative!
Just be sure you're using a nice breathable fabric like cotton or linen.
scissors or a rotary cutter
sewing machine and thread
tape measure or ruler
marking pen or fabric pen
1/4" wide elastic
bodkin or safety pin to thread elastic
(optional) sewing pins or clips
