I remember on one of your live-streams. I had asked you how to make a tutu train. Weeks later you posted this video!! I was so excited, I’ve watched it a million times!! but for some reason I’m so intimidated when it comes to making it!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I made my daughter the tutu with the lace on the bottom, for her cowgirl birthday party, ( I followed your Video ) it came out beautiful. Hopefully I’ll get the courage to make this one! 🥰❤️

This is so cute! I’m making a tutu for myself to wear when I go cheer for my son in the marching band at the SFASU homecoming game next weekend. I was going to just make a plain ribbon trimmed one, but this is WAY better for me! Now I just need to figure out measurements for an adult sized tutu. LOL. Thank you for sharing! ✌🏼💜🛼

Awe the paper towel is or was my always go too. I stopped with Bows an started making clay centers an it went crazy but they took forever cause I always did ooak. But these r so cute

I'm doing red white and blue tulle train and the blue is limp like tulle compared to the white and red. The white and red is stiffer but not too stiff. It's the same grain of tulle if you know what I mean. Could starch spray help the blue maintain better?

Hello I completed the tutu but when I tried to sew on the ribbon the ribbon didn’t curve it just fell straight. Could you do a video with sewing the ribbon on at a different angle you hand was in the way. I am using a light weight or fine tuelle which type turtle do you use? Thanks

I never do this type of tutu on elastic. So I wouldn't know how.

Basically, you would attach the tulle/net to the elastic band, space it out and then sew it to keep it spaced and attached the the elastic band. - I've been sewing for about 50 years and that's how I'd do it. But I like the hairband use better.

Do you have any experience adding a sheer glitter coat to tulle? I’m having a hard time finding glitter tulle and was thinking I may be able to spray it with fabric glitter? 🤔 (This is so beautiful I have to make it for my goddaughters first birthday!)

Okay if you dont know how to sow can you use hot glue to adhere the ribbon to the tulle or would you use like fabric glue or what would you suggest to someone who didnt know how to sow who wants to make this kind of skirt for there child. Big Big Fan!!!!

tameka39 Yes you can use hot glue and long as you glue something behind the ribbon like more ribbon to sandwich the tulle between and so the ribbon doesn't peal off the tulle.

Not sure of u still dont sew. But I didnt an was scared to death. So I bought a simple sewing machine nothing difficult an bam I was a sewing master...well in my head. Lol. I was sewing EVERYTHING I COULD. an so much better than hot glue girl. Hot glue in my opinion is a hot mess.

This was amazing, but I don’t understand why we can’t see the individual pieces sectioned, where the ribbon is was put on. It looked like it was all one piece, but it wasn’t, was it. Thought I saw you cut and angle those pieces.🤦🏽‍♀️
