Quarters work best for most people. The easiest way to tell is to place a ring that fits you on top of a coin. If the coin is bigger than the ring it will work!

Yes, just compare it to a ring that fits you while you are hammering. It will turn out pretty accurate.

Awesome!! Annealing helps slightly. You have to re-anneal every five minutes for it to be effective and the difference is very subtle.

Here's a tip. Drill the hole FIRST. And file as much as possible. Saves time and makes your job easier

The spoon helps to round out the edges, if you prefer a straight band then just skip that step. :)
