I'm a divorced guy and on limited budget but wanted to start eating healthier. I went to the dollar store and bought frozen strawberries for $1.00 then at the grocery store I bought bananas and value priced light vanilla yogurt. I cut the bananas and froze them. I put the frozen berries, bananas, yogurt and a squirt of honey in my smoothie maker. It was good and little cost.

That was one if the best smooth I ever had in my lifetime. Me and my mom loves it.now I am never going to stop making the smooth you showed us how to make.

If you can't eat dairy or don't eat dairy, you can substitute the milk and yogurt for Apple juice or orange juice and tastes better and it's healthier
