Took a couple of tries since the video isn't very clear or explained. The difficult part is the end. You have to pull the last knot to the end till it gets to the string with the two knots you made in the beginning. Once you get there it'll make another knot and you'll be able to slide the first string with the two knots on that last knot you made. A little confused but figured it out. Works very well.

so basically you make a loop on one side by tying a knot at the end of the bracelet type.(for example i did a braided bracelet and i put a knot at the end of the braids.) and on at the tip of the bracelet. (same side, just the very end. :') ) then you divide up the strings in between the two knots to make a loop. then, you put the side that you didn't tie the loop-knots onto, into the loop we just made. Keep pulling the string in until you have a loop about the width of the gap in between two lines on your middle finger. then, you take the tail of the string we didn't tie knots onto and put it it into the loop and tighten it. you need to have the tail knotted into the loop of the bracelet or it will fall apart. know, you should have an adjustable bracelet! I hope this helped y'all

Guys if you do end up figuring it out, just know that over time, the loop may become too tight to slide on the thread. Especially if it gets wet it's like impossible to adjust it

just make sure at the end, you have all the strings pulled in the same exact direction as she does and it works!! she just kind of does it upside down
