- Roasted Air Fryer Asparagus
10-12 Asparagus Spears
1 TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1/2 TSP Granulated Garlic
Place the spears in a container add oil and spices and mix everything until well incorporated.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 400F for 6-7 Minutes. Shake the basket halfway through.
- Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
10-12 Asparagus Spears
3 Uncured Bacon Slices
1 TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1/2 TSP Granulated Garlic
1/2 TSP of Spicelogy Smoky Honey Habanero Rub
Follow the steps as per the Roasted Air Fryer Asparagus.
Before cooking the Asparagus, take one slice of bacon and season it with the Smoky Habanero Rub.
Wrap 3-4 asparagus spears for each Slice of Bacon.
Cook at 400F for 6-7 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus well cooked. Flip the spears halfway through.
- Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Additional ingredient: 1 TSP of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
Same as before but use a slice of prosciutto and not season it with the Rub.
A minute before finishing the cooking sprinkle the asparagus with the cheese.
- Air Fryer Asparagus Fries
10-12 Asparagus Spears
1 Egg Medium
1 TSP of Salt
1/2 TSP of Pepper
1/2 Cup of Panko
1/2 TSP of Smoky Honey Habanero Rub
1/2 TSP of Smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP of Grated Parmigiano
In one container place the egg with half of the salt and half of the pepper, mix with a fork.
In another container place the rest of the ingredient and shake well until everything is well incorporated.
Place a third empty container next to the other two.
Working one by one the spears, place it on the 3 containers in the same order: egg wash, panko, and the empty one.
Cook the Asparagus Fries in the Air Fryer at 400F for about 7 minutes.
Cooking Air Fryer Asparagus is easy and quick, these Air Fryer Recipes can be all prepared in 15-20 minutes including cooking time!
