Excelent using low flat container rather than tall cup. Going to be sure to include the bug juice.

NABE, Thank you very much for the video! I’m going to build your earwig trap and try it tonight. I’ll let you know the results. Hopefully, I don’t capture as man earwigs as you did. If I do, I will throw up :-)

hi Ron, yes it's so effective. I would to see how much earwig you have captured :)

@@nabe8449 I’m glad that you responded! I used food grade coconut oil (the wife bought it, not sure why) anyway, I caught a bunch of earwigs and (of all things) a bunch of snails. I didn’t even know that we had snails. - Oddly enough, I emptied that batch and reset it it. It’s by my wooden walkway under leaves. The next day , last Monday, it wasn’t there anymore. - There’s a trail of oil leading to the flower bed, about 15 feet away, and there it was. I think a raccoon possum moved it (maybe a neighbor’s cat?). I think the larger animal lined the coconut oil. - I cleaned it up and put it back in its normal place. I’ll check on it tomorrow. - Bottom line: it works!! Thank you!!
