why you need a Mosfet Gate driver?
A gate driver is a power amplifier that accepts a low power input from a controller IC and produces the appropriate high current gate drive for a power device. It is used when a PWM controller cannot provide the output current required to drive the gate capacitance of the associated power device. In Next video we will use a transformer for step up voltage to 12V to 220V . in this video

Bom, isso é uma Placa osciladora para acionar os Mosfet aí essa onda senoidal pura, vai dessa Placa para os outros Mosfet que estão no transformador, ou do jeito que está ai é só conectar os fios do transformador. Porque que vc une o d com o é do Mosfet ajudar a manter a onda senoidal pura, amigo?

pwm modulator ic have in internal totem pole.the external totem pole is for what?

Yeah, If you are using SG3525 then the external totem pole is useful, you can use without it , but i recommend sg3525 ic
