How to Make Angled Bridle Joints // Woodworking Joinery // Really Strong Woodworking Joint

The bridle joint is one of the strongest joints because there is so much surface area for glue to hold the pieces together. 90 Degree bridle joints are super simple to make, it gets a bit more complicated when you throw some angles in there, but nothing a few jigs on the table saw cant help with!

Tamar, I love that you don't just do a thing by rote. You are constantly thinking about what would give you the best result. I could have made a suggestion or two but you are smart enough to arrive at your own conclusions without my help. Never stop making videos. Sometimes you might explain the perceived discrepancy and why you weren't willing to settle on the particular method(s) you decided not to use. Great work.

I've thoroughly enjoyed most of your videos, but this one solved an issue I've literally had for decades! Thank you for the commercial on WD-40 and your doors. I've had the same style doors and had to slam them to get them to close. After a short spray of WD-40, no more slamming! Why didn't I think yo do that decades ago? At any rate, thank you and keep up the good work.

Hahah! Sorry bout that. While I did get them to work with this saw. There was some tweaking I had to do. On the tenoning jig I had to add so tape as a shim to get it to fit perfectly. I used what’s called drawer slide tape. It’s a slick surface that makes it easy to glide.
