Chin-Chin is a popular healthy snack made up of white flour, eggs, milk, butter, baking powder, sugar, salt, and water. The dough formed after mixing these ingredients in their right proportion is subsequently flattened on a smooth surface, rolled to achieve a uniform thickness across the circumference and then cut into small cubes before frying in hot vegetable oil to an appetizing light brownish finish. Care must be taken not to add too much sugar to make it safe for people with diabetes. Chin-Chin can serve as food during casual or special occasions and can be served to visitors. This video presents some vital information on how to prepare your own healthy and tasty crunchy Chin-Chin that has a good sugar balance. Please send me your feedback and questions. Recipe:
1. Flour = 3kg
2. Butter = 500g
3. Baking powder = 1.5 teaspoons
4. Sugar = 450g or far less, depending on your taste (please avoid too much sugar)
5. Salt = 1.5 teaspoons
6. Milk = 600 - 650 mL
7. Eggs= 9
9. Vegetable oil for frying the Chin-chin.

This is so nice even though i dont know how to do all this bake etc. But the only tin i tink i shld just mention is maybe i might not be right but. Ring shld be taken off our hand wen doing things like this after we have watch our hands before and after. Yummy👍❤tnks for sharing ma.

Use a plastic spatula to scrape out whenever your appliance is plugged to electricity to avoid electric shock.

Please don’t crack eggs like this in nigeria always put in a separate bowl to check if it’s ok before adding to the milk one bad egg will spoil ur mixture.

Apologies for my belated response. The answer is 'NO'. You won't get the crunchy taste if you use sunflower oil. You can only use sunflower oil for frying. Butter helps to blend the mix to help the dough to be together and to maintain consistency. Alternatively, you can decide to make adjustments if it is for health reasons, although the taste might be slightly different. Cheers

Yes you can but you have to dilute it with water. To amount the same quantity as the fresh milk
