Hello kiki, I appreciate all your videos, Kudos to you. Please i need your opinion and help, i got a Basmati Rice it looks very different from the Indian specie, it very very tiny. I washed it with hot water and used it to make Jollof rice, it didnt come out nice at all it was still very strong despite cooking on low heat and trap the heat with foil paper. Please can you advise what i did not do correctly with that rice i dont want to throw the full bag away, and the rice was looking like matched potatoes. Please your response will be truly appreciated.
