Very nice. One note though: if you've ever tried to photograph stars or the Milky Way you'll know that it's not possible when there's a full moon to light pollute the sky.

Hey rensi, your vides are very helpful. As im newer to editing they help out a ton! Sadly i thunk the brushes rare a little bit expensiv(im a child so i dont earn any money). But im Thankful for your contest and hope ill can get one of the packs. And thank you again for the amazing content

I usually will use the develop persona when I'm finished with my edits. But you sir don't even need it. Great work as always!

Why? If I may ask.... Anything your can do in the develop persona can be done in the photo persona, but non-destructive.

Hay Darkhorse. Develop Persona is primarily for pre processing raw camera images in order to pull all the information from the file prior to processing sending it on to final editing. Have fun!

@@xzenor-art I get what you're saying. I've always kind of used the same way some people would use camera raw when finished with an edit. I just prefer to do it that way.

@@invu4834 When I was still using Photoshop I used to always do the final color grading in Camera Raw. And honestly it ALWAYS made the image look 10x better! However, since switching to AF I figured the Develop Persona is lacking quite a bit compared to the Camera Raw, so I got used to doing everything in the Photo Persona 😊

There you go again blowing my mind, amazing watching you work. I just bought the Light Brush pack to use on a project I am working on. I have used many of your other brushes on this same project. Now, what is this “Exposure adjustment” I notice you use that often to get the color balance correct. I must have missed learning about that one. I see the shadows are particularly important. Thank you for doing this for us.

Thanks so much, friend ! I’m very excited to hearing you’re so excited about your brushes 👊🏼 I’ve just seen the project you’re talking about, and I definitely think it’s your best work so far ! Awesome and thanks for sharing it in the FB community. The majority of time it’s best to combine adjustment layers and figure out what the end goal is you have in mind. Need to match contrast/luminosity? Use Levels, Curves, or Exposure. Need to fix colors ? Try Color - or white balance, HSL, or Selective Color. And so on. Think step-by-step and see each step as a new (adjustment) layer. Keep up the great work, buddy 👊🏼🔥

Absolutely great. I love all your techniques. But what I like best is the use of your brush packs and the matching of the colours to each other and the light effects. I hope you don't take part in your birthday challenge ;-)

Amazing as always. Please I have a question. My AP and APublisher keeps crashing after update 1.9 in windows 10. There wast any problem before in version 1.8. What can I do because a have to use them to complet my projects for my job?

Hey, I'm not sure why that's happening... Have you downloaded the 1.9.1 update? This update fixed many of the bugs that came with the 1.9 update. Hope this helps, buddy. Thanks for sticking around! 👊🏼

Lekker job! Just one question: why use Levels, if Curves is a better tool, able to do everything Levels does, but better, and a lot more?

Hey Roberto! I think you’re very right. But honestly, there are so many ways to get similar results. Curves is indeed more customizable than Levels. And White Balance really isn’t the best to match color either - like I do in this video. 😅 (Color Balance would usually be my preferred adj. layer). However, when looking at the end result it’s pretty difficult to tell whether I’ve used Levels or Curves. Or White Balance or Color Balance. I basically just use the adjustment layer that I feel like using 😅 I hope this answers your question!

Thanks Hassy! Most images I import directly from the in-built Stock Panel, so I I don’t really have the links - if that’s what you mean.. If you want I could share the picture of my camper with you (but you could use any vehicle). The dog I found by Googling ‘Australian Shepherd’ and the grass surface/mountains by searching for ‘Grass’ in Stock Panel (Unsplash). The rest was made using brushes - which are all available in the video description. Hope this helps! And let me know if I should send you the pic my camper ;)

I found this video to be an entertaining fast paced "show & tell" info-mercial for the author's products. Not really a "teaching" tutorial of professional techniques.
