# 6tablespoons of "Split Chickpeas" " Wheat " " Green gram " # 12 tablespoons of "Foxtail millet" # 1.5 tablespoons of " white kidney bean " " red kidney bean " "Soyabean " "Chickpeas" # 10 tablespoons of " pearl millet " There that's all he said to grind them mix the powder and put it on stove for around 2 mins medium heat .
