You have to have it in the freezer I bought some and put it in fridge and it melted

Wilton White Icing Color. It helps when you don’t want to be able to see through the color. 💚

Until it reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer

There isn't a certain time. The best option is buy a candy thermometer and when it hits 300 take the candy off. Walmart sales them about $5.

Fresh pineapples have too much acidity and will start leaking through the candy much faster than canned pineapples
