i will make the same in french of course... Here i try to help some people who asks me to make some vidéos in english. Im not fluent in english but i try to give the best of me, and i hope i will progress!

😋Thank you, very interesting! I made a smaller kefir cheese 8 month ago fully matured at room temperature, previous trial problems were desiccation, but that time I managed to solve it with a daily vaporization of salty water with a perfect taste at the end. Available in French.

Congratulations on this 2nd video in English! Kefir is a wonderful addition to health! L'accent diminue à force d'exercer 😅 Merci encore pour démontrer qu'au final c'est simple de faire soit même des produits de qualité 🙏

i made every think at homme, my cider, kombucha, cheese, watter kefir, wine my soap and of course all vegetables fermented... I have a garden and a lot of fruit tree, :). Merci pour votre retour

This is awesome, I would like to try it. I have a question though, you mentioned that it's possible to leave the cheese outside the fermentation chamber if you don't have one (which is my case 😅). So you leave it outside on the counter? For only 24 hours or until you see the Geotrichum candidum appear on the top (in that case, how long could it take)? Is it possible to leave it outside without covering with ash?

yes without ash, no trouble... i have a lot of picture on my facebook page or in other french vidéo... You wait for GC and after 2 solutions : this go in your fridge at the botom in a box, or in a cellar at 10 degr C. i show picture in fridge for people because i have a cellear but in fridge uou have good lokking too... i dont know if you came from the page kéfir, in english i have been ghosted without advertisment, it was rude , but what can i do ? im sorry for other people because i can not more help them but in can answer here...
