How to make chicken rassa | झणझणित चिकन रस्सा | Village style cooking | Authentic chicken curry
This is a very simple, easy and tasty village style chicken curry. It goes very well with kombdi vade, bhakri, chapati or rice.
Ingredients:
For coconut mixture:
2/3 cup dry grated coconut
1 medium size onion
two 1/2 inches ginger pieces
2 tsp oil for frying onions
For curry
8 chicken drumstick
oil as per need
2 tsp crushed garlic
more than 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
2 medium size chopped onions
1 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 1/2 tsp chicken masala- any chicken masala you have (Aagri masala, koli masala, malvani masala etc.) if you don't have any of these masla then just add (1 tsp garam masala + 2 tsp coriander powder)
This curry is good for eight people.
