Easy Mixed Masala Recipe
• How To Make Easy Masal...
List Of Ingredients
Filling/Stuffing
500grams of chicken filling/chicken mince
2 medium onions
2 green chillies
5 small stems of springonion
half a bunch of corriander/dhania
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 heaped tablespoon of mixed masala
Samosa Pastry
1 cup or 125grams of all purpose wheat flour
half a teaspoon of Salt
100ml of tap water
about 8 tablespoons of oil(oiling the rotis)
Sticking Paste/glue
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
water as required to form a thick paste

I used my hand like you did with the first one you showed us to make I found I could feel that the oil was spread easier than a brush all my indian friends use thier hands which are cleaner than any utensil uk

Can you add the small amount of mint like you added to the other filling or will it destroy the taste of the chicken.you realy deserve a television programme your so much better than alot of famious chefs including Ramsey and Martin even my idol past jamie oliver.im so happy I found you and subscribed alot of people should then they wont be rushing off to buy these or rely on friends to make them like I do but for once I'm learning so much from you so I will be able to return the favour to my friends uk
