How to make chutney for dosa | Idli chutney | Coconut chutney | Coconut peanut chutney
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
2 Tbsp peanuts (roasted or raw)
1 Tbsp split cahana dal/ futana dal /chana dalia
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
3-4 curry leaves
1-2 green chilies
1 Tbsp oil for tadka
Tips:
It's okay if you use only peanuts or only chana dal if you don't have both ingredients.
You will get all the above ingredients at Indian grocery store.
