I cut all of the tabs free using the Fein AMM300 MultiMaster multi-tool, available on our website, and flush trimmed them at the router table using the no. 51436 plastic cutting flush trim bit and rounded over using the MR0110 Mini 3/16" diameter

Fun project, have made many over the years. I tend to prefer downshear spirals for the internal work, they leave the surface cleaner, less fuzz to rub off.

That was very close to the hold down clamp. Looks like it just pushed it away rather than cut into it.

Yes, it actually touched it, but didn't damage the clamp or bit

When you did the profile cut did you cut into the spoilboard at all. Will it hurt the bit cutting into wood

How thick is the plastic? Is it cast or extruded?

.25" thick and I always use cast, it cuts much better

hi there with the amana tool 51441 what ramp size did you use? i am using aspire and amana tools reccomend 60 ipm ramp down but i dont have those settings in aspire any help be appreicated thanks

Hello sir. I want your advice.. am planning to start a business.. do you advice to use cnc router for engraving on acrylic .. example ( engraving photos.. logos.. ets) And thnx again
