Hola Claudia! My wife, Claudia your tocaya, and I made this recipe this morning. I have to admit, it was very delicious and very easy to make. Wife did not add the sweet cream because she felt it was sweet enough, which it was. That’s all we did different. We did add nueces, coco and pasas in our bowls. Mucho delicious-oh! Thanks for the recipe! I don’t know if you have ever tried this but next time we will be adding a half bar of Choclate Abuelita to the piloncillo. My mom used to make it like that. I honestly have never heard of Mexican oatmeal but I eat oatmeal everyday so now I'm going to give this recipe a try. I usually cook it in a Crock-Pot and let it cook overnight. I use raisins and dried cranberries along with vanilla almond milk and it comes out great
