How to make crispy Dosa | क्रिस्पी डोसा | dosa batter | Dosa | Healthy breakfast | dosa recipe
Dosa is crispy and crepe-like and is a very popular street food in India. Dosa is famous for its simple ingredients and savory, slightly bitter flavor. It can be eaten as a snack, breakfast, or anytime you’re in the mood for a delicious, savory meal!
Ingredients:
2 cups idli rice
1 cup urad dal
1 tsp methi seeds
2 tbsp chana dal
1 tsp salt
Soak above ingredient for 7-8 hours After 7-8 hours remove the soaked water and grind the above ingredients in a mixie jar keep it overnight for fermentation.
Tips:
You can store this batter in air tight container and keep it in the fridge for 5 days, you can make fresh dosa every morning for your breakfast.
You can also add onions, green chilies, fresh coriander and make onion uttapaa from this batter.
