Today's baking is 'Blueberry crumble bar'.
The top and bottom of this bar is used by crunchy and savory crumble.
So you can make it easily without a complex procedure.
Let's make a crumble bar full of blueberries :).
Blueberry crumble bar (20cm square pan)
Ingredients
180g Plain flour
2g Baking powder
130g Sugar
1 Pinch salt
110g Unsalted butter
1 yolk
1ts vanilla extract
250g Iced blueberry
12g Lemon juice
20g Sugar
6g Corn starch
1. Cut and line the parchment paper into 20cm mold.
2. Dice the cool unsalted butter.
3. After sieve the plain flour and baking powder, add the sugar and salt.
4. Add the yolk and vanilla extract.
5. Add the unsalted butter.
6. Combine ingredients by stamping with whisk vertically.
7. Beat the mixture until the butter becomes big as a grain of rice.
8. Place the 2/3 amount of crumble on the mold.
9. Flatten and press the crumble.
10. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes with remained crumble.
11. Mix the iced blueberry with sugar and corn starch.
12. Mix lemon juice.
13. Place the blueberry on the crumble.
14. Make the remained crumble thick by hands .
15. Place the crumble on the blueberry .
16. Bake at 185℃ for 28-33 minutes.
