Hello! This is old fashion.
I have prepared scones for spring and summer.
My husband loves this scones!
You can trust me and please try it. Haha
You have to bake this scones without reposer, tips on how to bake it, and how to add blueberries.
You have to keep everything in order for the results I intended to come out.
It's been a while since I recommended scones, so make sure to make it!

Ingredients (6 scones)
280g of cake flour
100g of butter.
7g baking powder (aluminum-free)
72 of sugar.
2g of salt.
45g of whipped cream or heavy cream.
55g of milk.
Vanilla extreme or paste 3g (optional)
2~3g lemon zest (one lemon)
140g frozen blueberries (fresh blueberries available)
Must be sprinkled with cane sugar!!
Blueberries should never be taken out in advance.
Bake at 180 degrees(356℉) for 20 minutes, lower it to 150 degrees(302℉), and bake for 12 more minutes.
