Thank you po, naachieve ko po yung tamang crispiness ng garlic na hindi nasusunog.. though oily parin yung nagawa ko pero crispy parin po siya.. 😊😊

Thank you. Next time pwede ka gumamit ng tissue to absorb excess oil. It might help din if naka-scattered talaga sa strainer yung garlic para ma-expel ang oil.

Your observation is well appreciated. The ideal utensil to be used instead of the stainless spoon is a wooden spoon or silicone (heat resistant) spoon. Thank you and God bless.

apologies for the late reply, allow the cooked crunchy garlic to cool down before putting it in a tightly sealed container. Store in a dry and clean place. Make sure that the container is tightly covered to ensure crispiness. Thank you.

If 1 cup po yung minced garlic nyo pwede po 1 to 2 cups yung oil para mas madali haluin at hindi magdikit dikit ang garlic.

You may increase po usage ng oil, if 1 cup po minced garlic nyo pwede nyo i-fried sa 1 to 2 cups ng oil at minsan po depende sa stove na ginamit, pag dikit-dikit pa extend lang po mixing kasi kusa naman mag-hiwalay yan. Thanks.

I think need mo babaan ang heat. Medium heat lang para d agad ma sunog at wag pasobrahan masyado ang oil :)
