《Curry Fish head》
Grouper head 1 piece or whole
- simmer in hot water for three minutes
Oil 1 table spoon
Curry paste premixed 2 packets
Water 1000ml +
Onion 2 cut into wedges
Tomatoes cut into wedges
Green chilis 2 pieces
Ladies fingers 6 pieces cut into two
-blanch in hot water for 10seconds add into curry before serve.
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 table spoon
Coconut milk 150ml
methods =
1. Clean fish head and drain.
2. Heat up wok, add some oil add in curry paste, stir until fragrant. Pour in water, bring to boil.
3. Add in onion, tomatoes, green chilies, bring to boil. Add in simmered fish head, tune to low heat, cover with lid and simmer for five minutes.
4.open lid, flip over And simmer another 3 minutes with lid. Add in ladies fingers.
5. Off Flame, Add in coconut milk, stir well.
And serve.
Fish head my taste better after soaking in gravy for 30 minutes.

龙虎斑鱼头 一边或 整个

方法 =
1. 洗净鱼头沥干。
2. 烧热锅子, 加油,加咖喱酱, 炒至. 加水,煮滚。
3. 加入洋葱,番茄,辣椒,煮滚, 加入鱼头,转小火,关盖慢煮五分钟 。
4. 开盖,翻面,关再煮三分钟。加入羊角豆。
5. 关火, 加入椰浆, 调匀上菜。
鱼头浸泡在咖喱里多三十分钟再吃更好吃。

HalloChef.. Bahan yg u miss out.. Velachen gorwng, serai dua batang, sebatabg untuk tummis yah, Air asam, Asam keping,, servuk jujid ,chicken stock, kamu velum tumis hungfa pecah minyak, u sudah bubuh air, jika ikan u ambil pergi masak asing kuah ikan kepala ijan akan tak nanis dan harum, ingat yah,kamu boleh ambil untuk goreng bukan rebus yah. Santan kotak tak lemak dan wangi, patut guna santan yg segar, kerana santan kotak ada ubat pegawit,, ok.. thank u!

Curry Ikan Kepala patut makan panas baru wangi dan harum.. Jika sejuk, Curry Ikan tak sedap dan tak harum.. Ok.

Kuah air terlalu banyak.. Bawabg besar sekurang nak 4 biji.. Cabai curry yg kamu beli, tak begitu harum dan wangi, curry yg tumis belum pecah minyak, kamu sudah turun air, asam ko air di mana yah.. Banyak step sudah silap, ikan kepala ambil pergi rebus air.. Kemanisan jyah ikan di mana yah??? Ok.. thank u!

I was searching for a recipe to cook curry fish and found your video. Very good instructions. One point for improvement. Could you mount your camera on a tripod. That will prevent shaky video and also allows you to use both hands to cook. I've subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to more food videos. :-)
