250ml water 150g Toor Daal 150g Masoor Daal 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Tumeric - 3 whistles of pressure cooker, and leave to side Oil/Ghee as needed Pinch of cumin seeds Pinch chopped onions Half pinch green chilli Pinch chopped tomatoes 2 dried red chillies - Fry 20s 1 tbsp tumeric 1/2 tbsp coriander - Add Daal back in, with some water 1tsp salt

wow, excellent prog. Loved the host and the simple dal tadka taught by the hotel chefs. yes, we cant make hotel kind simple dal but the dal you showed us, we shall defi try. you r doing an excellent job hosting.
