Use cold water or milk on hot days.
Use lukewarm water or milk(no hot water) on cold days
Use room temperature butter (about 30 minutes)

These taste so good! I’ve made these a few times for my family and friends. I cut down the almond powder to half and added coconut flakes. If you don’t like raisins, you could add chocolate chips or blueberries. So delicious!

Sorry to bother you but, when I check for conversion I get wildly different amounts. For example, three different sites said 120 grams of sugar converted to 5/8 cup, 1 cup, and 1/2 cup!! Any chance you could let me know what amounts you used in cups, tablespoons, etc? Thank you!

Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me the conversions you ended up with? I've gotten ten different answers alone on the almond flour ( .6c, .5c, 1c, slightly less than a cup, 1 1/16c, 3/4c, etc). The yeast was the same way..I got answers from one and a half teaspoons all the way to slightly over a tablespoon. The bread flour I got from 2 cups plus 3tablespoons up to 3 cups! Thanks for anything you can do...
