In this video I make delicious barley soup. If you like soup, make this amazing delicious soup.
preparation:
180 grams of barley
100 grams of minced chicken
A medium onion
2 small carrots
3 tablespoons of tomato paste (or 10 tablespoons of tomato puree)
Aromatic vegetables: parsley and coriander (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder
