Filipino style barbecue is different from other barbecues around the world. It’s distinct savoury and a little sweet makes it perfect for snack or meal. It’s very common street food as well.
INGREDIENTS
500 g Pork kasim/loin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup banana ketchup
2 tsp garlic granules or 3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning (optional)
1 Tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
1 Tbsp honey or sugar
Yield 6-8 sticks approximately
