I love stew fish. I usually use a red mullet, but I’m definitely going to change it up and use salmon. Always nice to have a change. Thanks for the recipe!

I still have PTSD from watching my mother take nicely fried fish and then add it to a stew! After all these decades, I still chupse when you did it! This will go nicely on that rice you made.
