Fast and easy way to make Edible Moss Sponge. Look how pretty it is! You can make any color of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
Glucose syrup (or corn syrup) 60 g
Sugar 24 g
Flour 50 g
Baking powder 10 g
Water based Americolor food colors: avocado, forest green, sangria
