Today you will learn an easy way to make the BEST TASTING Egg Muffins, a simple an easy recipe.

I added Canned sausage but you can add chicken or bacon. I hope you Enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
6 Medium Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tea Spoon Sea Salt
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper
1 Can Chopped Chicken Sausage
1 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers (Orange, Yellow, Green)
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrot
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper
1/4 Tea Spoon Sea Salt
1 Table Spoon Butter/Margarine
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Green Onion to Garnish
Bake 15-20 minutes @ 350 degrees

These look great but you left way too much cheese in the little measuring cup. I never waste any ingredients. Food is too expensive these days!

Looks good, but too labor intensive and another pan (a muffin pan no less) to clean. Unless you're catering a brunch, not worth it, as it's just glorified scrambled eggs/omelet/frittatas...
