I made this cake today and it turned out so yummy and moist ! I have tried out many whole wheat cake recipes but they were never this moist ! I also replaced normal milk with coconut milk and used organic sugar. It worked out pretty well. Thanks for this recipe I am going to pin it

Dear Nisa- I am a follower of your recipes and appreciate your knowledge on refined versus unrefined food, millets over other grains etc. As regards this chocolate cake in a pressure cooker- beautiful recipe and I shall try this. However could you start using vanilla extract please instead of vanilla essence. Extracts of a vanilla pod/plant is natural. Whereas Essenes can be synthetic, chemically produced. As you have a following it’s good to advocate minute details on good health. As you always do:) best, Radhika
