Can I store the glue and water mixture in a jar or container that seals good for later use?

how long does it tt take to dry

what role water is playing here?? is it stiffiming the cloth or diluting/minimizing the power the glue ?? Also, how modge podge would work.. on top of it

if i apply resin to fabric, can i place it outdoors and it will still remain stiff?

Powertex cost too much. I will use this recipe and then use a varnish
