Ingredients:
Fermented Honey Garlic-
3-4 bundles of garlic, crushed and peeled
16 oz of raw, unpasteurized honey
16 oz mason jar
Fermented Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce-
3/4 cup of ketchup
4 fermented garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 Tbsp of fermented honey
3 Tbsp of brown sugar
1 Tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of red wine vinegar
1 small dash of hot sauce
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
