Make sure if you get hooks you specify the intended use. Jenna is very good at giving you the proper legal size hook, so if your checked by Mr Law, that your not getting tickets. All hooks must not exceed 1/2" from shank to tip....1/0 hooks....

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I to have been fishing the Maumee for about 20 years. I have always made my own lead heads as well. Do you sell your jigs I would to purchase some. Please reply if so. Again thanks for posting this.

Great video was wondering if the mold has to be in the boiling water half way of fully submerged under water?

No the mold only has to be submerged half way up the mold. That will work fine.

You can purchase EPB on Ebay to make floating walleye jigs.

Where can I find the epb? What hooks do you use ? And when you paint with the air brush do you have issue with them running ?

The hooks that I used for the 1/4 oz jigs are #4 Aberdeen jig hook. #2 Aberdeen jig hook for 3/8 oz.
