How to make a hydraulic improved version of hydraulic ram pump which requires no electricity and no motor. This pump consisting of four brass check valve which increases pressure and water output.
Things used in my project
1. Check Valve: www.banggood.in/custlink/KvDD...
2. Ball Valve: www.banggood.in/custlink/G3G3...
NOTE: This pump uses falling water to lift a lesser amount of water to a higher elevation than the source. So, being primarily used for lifting a relatively small amount of water to a higher elevation. if you want to deliver 2 cubic meters of water to an elevated location, you need at least 6 cubic meters of water to operate the pump 4 cubic meters of which will be used to drive the pump and goes directly as waste.

You are correct. A water wheel does the same thing. It uses the water to spin the wheel then discharges back into the stream. A Ram Pump uses the power of the water then it returns it back to the stream.

Hello, at a point in this pump there is a brass T valve out what is water coming on every stroke of the pump. As the pump is setup in an open space that water runs back to whatever so there is maybe no lost of water. Butt suppose, the pump is installed in a reservoir ( tank ) to work, and the water in that tank is the water that must be pumped away, can it work if the outlet of the brass valve is higher as we it is in this video?

I have seen many videos on Ram Pumps but like this one especially. I did not see the size so I chose 1inch components. I couldn't find the right bottles some I am using PVC 4 inch . It runs great but is not pumping the water up hill. What size should my pressure tanks be and do I need to put inertubes inside them , or what other option etc. ?

This free electric energy hydraulic dual Ram pump or hydram is a complete automatic device that uses the energy in the flowing water such as spring, stream or river to pump part of the water to a height above that of the source. With a continuous flow of water a hydram operates continuously with no external energy source.

Its a 1 to 7 ratio. For every 1 foot of drop (or head) that you have, you will be able to raise water around seven feet. Its generally used in creeks or rivers to transport water upwards or long distances. It depends on the size of the pump and how much water your thinking to move.

@flamingstag2381 5 жыл бұрын
thanks 4 your reply ! so do think if I stored the wasted at a below ground level tank that I could return it with a 2nd ram pump ? I really appreciate your input . John
@heavycurrent7462
@heavycurrent7462 5 жыл бұрын
@@flamingstag2381 @Flaming Stag The reason why returning the water right back would stall the system is that once the return pipe is filled with water it will reach the same pressure as the water going into the input pipe, hence no pressure difference and the water will stop flowing through the pump. So the water needs to be continuously directed at someplace lower, to continuously pump some of it up. The flowing water‘s job is to pressurize air, by doing so some resistance is reflected back unto the source of water. If you add another pump directly in series, the resistance the water experience flowing from the source will also increase, so less water will come out. So less leaking will occur, but also less water to be pumped up. Even if you build a large container between the pumps, the same thing will eventually happen. Because the second pump will take water out more slowly than the speed of water coming into the container from the first pump. So if the container is sealed, its pressure will increase and resist water coming from the main source, so again, less water pumped up. If it is not sealed, it will still leak out the same amount of water eventually, once the container is filled up. So even with additional very large set up nature will always make sure that we don‘t try to cheat.. ;) But Ram Pump is excellent if you are pumping water from a river, absolutely free energy. I had the opportunity to join a team to build multiple pumps in a village where my parents live, to fill several tanks on a hill to distribute to the locals. So I learned a lot from that experience. Feel free to ask more buddy! I‘m glad to help. -Lance

thanks again lance I was really hoping to find a person of your experience , the scenario for our family is that I have a series of 6 tanks on a downslope elevation 3ft below each other from the house rainwater header tank , I,m wondering if Its possible to raise the water back uphill to the house progressivley with a series of rams from each of those tanks ? but not all being used at the same time , but just when required ? what's your thoughts on a capture of waste at a 50% elevation drop or even in my case 100 % drop @ tank 6 ?

you can see bigger working ram pumps working around the world in many other youtube videos in Germany, such a pump is working longer than 170 years to get the water from the river up to the castle on top of the hill

why did you put a sub on the other flapper valve. one flapper was working (kicking out water) and the other was not.

What was the purpose of the extra pipe on the "waste" valve?
@Gainn
@Gainn 3 жыл бұрын
to slightly offset the opening pressures so they don't open at the same time. It allows for a more continuous output. There's another version of this where several valves are set at various heights to do the same thing.

@@y2j132 There was another version on this channel but I can't seem to find it. I can't find the vid I was referring to on YT any more either. The channel either got deleted or it's just not showing up on search for some reason. Sorry for multiple posts, the others didn't make much sense :P

No confundir a quienes buscan aprender...

Si algo así imaginaba yo ya que para ser una supuesta bomba de agua el desperdicio de agua es bestial
