Thanks Ah Pa...I just tried your recipe and it is idiot proof. Everybody can cook!!! Oh...instead of onion oil. .. I replace it with sesame oil.. shitake mushroom + sesame oil are like brother sister. Good job Ah Pa.

chef, how to make stir fried noodles more fragrant? is it secret ingredient is sesame oil??

Last few drops of sesame oil does help. Also to use chicken stock or pork broth to stirfry the noodles.
