Main task is pouring the metal . One mistake and it will do an unrepairable damage 🥲 if this is not teached by IIT then in real life pratical it's going to be tough for mechanical engineer in future. Molten metal are really very dangerous

There are many kinds of moulding sands! Here we make Green sand moulds,so this composition is called Green sand ! The composition is Sand ,Bentonite clay as organic binder,and water !

Because dry sand ka use hota hai green sand me aur ye dry sand ni huaa so this Is not the green sand mould casting
