Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast
1 can (2 ½ cups) sliced bamboo shoots
10 green onion stalks
1 onion
1 medium carrot
½ lb shiitake mushrooms
2 stalks celery
8 oz can water chestnut
3 tbsp vegetable oil
½ finger fresh ginger
1 bundle (2 oz) bean thread noodles
Sake Sauce:
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup shoyu (soy sauce)
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup sake (you can substitute this for more chicken stock)
