Ingredients:
4 tbsp mochiko flour
4 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp shoyu
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1⁄4 cup green onions
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs
