I have made this dish countless times and have even memorized the process. It goes really well with basmati rice and it's perfect to serve to guests. They will love the abundance of flavors and the rice creaminess.

Choux That sounds delicious! What kind of boullion broth did you use??? Did you just put beef boullion powder or cube in boiling water to make the broth or did you buy it premade??? I've never used beef boullion broth before. And as for the cake flour, can I substitute it with all purpose flour?

yeah, when you consider that they are sold mostly by piece and not by weight. Like an apple - $1, tomato - $1, orange - $1, strawberry - $5, watermelon - $25. Being vegan in Japan is quite expensive, as well as eating meat. But everything that's fish and chicken is almost free.

Hostess Chef: "Stupid cheap salt n' pepper grinders!" XD
@flibbertygibbet
@flibbertygibbet 9 жыл бұрын
The worst part is those grinders are not cheap to buy just cheaply made. I never understood why anyone buys a salt grinder anyway. You can grind salt with a mortar and pestle in fairly large quantities and store it. Salt does not have any oils that will go bad and as long as it's kept dry will last practically forever. It's a mineral, not something organic that will go bad. I am using Organic in the chemistry sense not in the overpriced Whole Foods sense.
