Today, I will share the Hayashi Rice Recipe.
Surprisingly, I haven't made Hayashi rice in my video before.
I ate hayashi rice for the first time in a while♪I would often eat it when I was a child, though.
Hayashi rice sauce roux was used at home, but today, I will make it using canned demi-glace sauce★
I will introduce the restaurant which inspired me to create this recipe on my Instagram etc.

▽INGREDIENTS-Hayashi Rice -
150g beef slices
1 dash of salt
a pinch of pepper
3/4 (about 200g) onion
3-4 (50g) mushrooms
10g butter
2 tbsp sake
All Hayashi sauce which I made.
two portions of rice
some parsley
▽INGREDIENTS-Hayashi Sauce with Canned Demi-Glace Sauce-
1/4 (60g) onion
1/4 (40g) celery
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cube (3g) beef tallow
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 dash of salt
50ml red wine
100ml water
1 cube of bouillon
1 can (290g) of HEINZ demi-glace sauce
200ml unsalted tomato juice
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp "Tonkatsu" Sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp honey
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
