OMG looks so good!

I would like to point out that there's raw salmon specially packed for sashimi use to eat raw and i think using those would better since they are produced with eating it raw in mind so just a side note I guess? Like how Japanese eggs are okay for eating raw cause its common in their dishes but normal mass produced eggs in places where eating it raw is rare so they arent as strict in the control?? IDK (LOVE the video though keep up the good work! :D)
