Today I am sharing how to make homemade butter. It's so easy to make and works out to be so much cheaper than buying it in a supermarket!
INGREDIENTS:
900ml double cream - this will make 2 large or 3 smaller rolls of butter
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Roasted garlic
Salt

You need to wash the rest of the buttermilk out of the butter it last better

Wow that butter looks so delicious. You cabt beat toast & proper butter. I havebt got a stand mixer but I do have a electric hand whisk so I'm going to try this, should still work hopefully!!
