[INGREDIENTS(about 900 ml)]
Ginger or new ginger 600g
700g of sugar (brown sugar gives a rich flavor, but any sugar is OK)
1.5 liters of water
** Spices (easy to take out if put in a tea pack)
2 hawk claws (with seeds removed)
10 black peppers
10 cloves
2 cardamoms
* Add spices at the timing of 5 for solids and at the timing of 6 for powders.
[How to make]
1. Slice the ginger together with the skin to a thickness of 5 mm.
2. Slice the lemon together with the skin to a thickness of 5 mm and remove the seeds.
3. Put lemon, sugar and a small amount of water (outside the amount) in a pan, stir and heat over medium heat.
4. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes with occasional mixing.
5. Add ginger and water, add spices when boiling and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and add powdered spices, if any.
7. When the heat is removed, put it in a bottle that has been boiled and disinfected to complete.
