How to make kheema | Mutton keema recipe | खिमा रेसिपी | Keema curry | Ground meat keema (kheema)
Ingredients:
1lb/~500 gram kheema or ground meat ( lamb, goat, chicken or beef)
2Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium size onions chopped
1 bay leaf
For masala/spices-
4 cloves (laung)
1 inch cinnamon stick (dalchini)
1/2 star anise seed
1 Javathri/jaiphal flower
1/2 black elaichi
1 green elaichi
10-15 black pepper corn (kali mirch)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup dry roasted coconut
salt as per your taste
