How to make Kombdi vade | कोंबडी वडे रेसिपी | Malvani Vade | Authentic recipe | कोंकणी वडे (Vade)
Kombdi vade is a dish native to the Konkan region in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a traditional chicken curry and vade.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Kombdi vade flour
salt as per tase
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
warm water as needed, I used 1 cup.
Oil for frying
If you don't have Kombdi vade flour then mix the following ingredients
1 cup Rice flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup jowar/jwari flour
1/2 tsp methi powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
salt as per taste
This recipe makes 15-20 vada's
