This guy makes a working LED matrix, but took no time to use diodes to protect the shift registers. You will be sinking current and burning out the shift registers like no tomorrow. Do you want to destroy a bunch of shift registers? This would be the perfect way to do it.

You know you have a right to speak whatever language you want and I respect that but if you're going to speak anything but English don't write your title in English. It's hard enough finding a video that you want without clicking on one and having to sit there and not understand it. Write your title in the language that you are speaking in the video

In your video, where you are making connections, you show pins 10,9,8 on the nano as being used. On your circuit diagram they are empty.

He used string program which only can display words. To display words and numbers also. You have to do structure program inplace of string

In diagram it use negative pin of all LED connect to resister, but when you make why you use positive pin of all LED connect to resister? why you make not same a diagram?
