How to make LiFePO4 battery charger

3 жыл бұрынHow to make LiFePO4 battery charger. In this video, I will show, how to make a charger for 4S1P 12.8V battery pack with current and voltage control. For making this charger, I will use high quality Hi-Link power supply module and Xl4015 CC CV buck converter module. Using this type of charger, LiFePO4 battery pack will charge properly and battery will last long.

Brother, for charging 12V 18 ah lifepo4 battery 32700 (12 cell in series) Minimum how many amp will be required ? EG: 1 amp,1.5 amp etc... ( for 12 volt 18 ah lithium lifepo4 battery) Here new subscriber pls reply 👍

12V18AH LiFePO4 battery pack with 32700 cell, connection will be 4S3P, means 4 cell in series and 3 cell in parallel. But you are saying 12 cell in series, this is wrong. LiFePO4 battery standard charging current is 0.2C, means 18X0.2=3.6A. But you can charge with more ampeare for quick charging upto 1C. Note: Charging with more ampeare, battery life will be reduced.

I recently made s 4s p4 pack I use a scc to charge Voltage reach 14.6v but slowly drops dawn until 13.3 v and stai there . What can be the problem

That's normal 13.3V (After resting for even few hours it dropped the voltage) Best method first fully charged the battery and kept for 8 to 10 days after that you check the voltage if it's 13.3 to 13.5 v the cell are all in good health but more voltage the cell are high grade quality...

Hello, I made a 36 volt 12S2P lifepo4 battery pack. After charging up to 43.8 volts, is it normal for the voltage to drop a little when I terminate the charge? Or should the full battery stay at 3.65 volts? thank you.

The voltage of a battery pack will drop a little when disconnect the charge and it is normal. A 12S LiFePO4 battery pack voltage will stable approx. 40 volt.

Yes, upto 6A for 1P battery pack. Standard charging current is 0.2C Or 1.2 A. Please note, Increasing the charging current will decrease the life of battery.

Use 10A Power Supply and set the current to 7A in Converter module, Try to use 20A CC CV converter.

Autocut is not done by the converter, it is done by the battery BMS inside the battery pack.

Charging voltage for 7S lithium ion battery pack will be 29 Volt and current will be any value from 2-6 Amp for 12AH battery pack.

আমার 48v ভোল্ট 72ah অ্যাম্পিয়ার আওয়ার ইলেকট্রিক ব্যাটারি চার্জারে চার্জ করলে Full charge হওয়ার পরে চার্জ অটোমেটিক কাট এবং আবার অটোমেটিক চালু হয়ে যায় কেন, প্রতি দু তিন সেকেন্ড পর পর এটা বন্ধ এবং চালু বন্ধ এবং চালু হতে থাকে| এটা কি charger er output ভোল্টেজের জন্য এরকম হচ্ছে? Amar charger er output voltage 58.8v

When your battery pack is fully charged, charger will disconnect, then output voltage of the battery pack will decrease a little with in few seconds. then again starts charging. and this process will continue. Recharging cycle time totally depends on the BMS used and the type of charger used.
